SMALL GROUP PRICING:    3-5 Members trained at a time.    

EACH SESSION IS $8.00 PER PERSON / PER SESSION

Fees must be paid prior to class to reserve a spot. Each session is a 55 minutes.

     Kickboxing Circuit: Kick, punch, jab and jump rope that body into SHAPE. Your heart and muscles will

      be pumping to the sound of high beat music and burning LOTS of FAT.

      Bootcamp: Intense drills that increase stamina and endurance while pounding out your abs.

      Zumba: Dance your tail feathers into shape with your best buddies. Learn the funky rhythm, beats, and 
      moves of the cha cha, merinque, rock step, and the sexy salsa.

      Walking and Running Circuits: Over the river and through the woods into shape we go.

      This is an awesome alternative to indoor training. However, no cookies will be provided on our trip to

      Shapeville.
